It has taken us a while to analyse the RAG Survey. We received 452 responses, 160 of which were completed online, 180 delivered to local shops and 112 returned by post. As well as answering the questions we asked, 193 people made their own comments, and it has taken us a while to type these up as some were rather lengthy and some rather difficult to read.
