25th Sept. '10 DRAINING APPEARS TO HAVE FINISHED.

As far as we can tell the reservoir has been pretty much emptied and draining has stopped. Presumably, Western Power and their contractors Atkins will now attempt to inspect the pipe running beneath the bed of the reservoir (see below).
