The 2017 Annual General Meeting of RAG was held on 29th March 2017. At the meeting representatives of Dwr Cymru / Welsh Water gave a progress report on their plans to repair and refill Llanishen reservoir. Their Powerpoint presentation can be viewed by clicking here.
One of the first steps before the engineering work begins, will be to secure the site by erecting a surrounding fence. A number of RAG members asked for more information about the exact location of the fence, and Welsh Water have now kindly provided a copy of their plans. These can be viewed by clicking here. These are the same plans that were submitted to the Cardiff Planning Committee earlier in the year and which have now been approved.
Welsh Water is keen to hear from local residents, and others with an interest in the reservoirs, about the facilities and activities people would like to see at the site in the future.
