International sailors Dave Evans and Hannah Mills have called for Llanishen reservoir to be re-filled so that youngsters can, once again, learn to sail there. Dave is skippering the Team Wales Yacht which is competing in the Extreme Sailing Series in Cardiff Bay this weekend.
