Learn how to do dry stone walling at the reservoirs.

Welsh Water has started work improving the environment around the reservoirs.   One of the things that they are planning to do is to construct a short section of dry stone wall which would act as a refuge for hibernating amphibians and reptiles.  This weekend there is an opportunity for a small number of volunteers to start work on this and to be trained on how to construct a dry stone wall.  It would be all day on Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th December, and will involve working outdoors, although there will be shelter available.  If you are interested please contact Annie Smith at annie.smith@dwycymru.com or ring 07774 784 552.
